Creativity Coaching is not advice, therapy or counselling.  Coaching supports you to create your life based on your values and dreams so you can experience a rich sense of meaning and purpose.  Through inquiry, conversation, active listening, and creativity exercises, coaching helps you explore your creative process, identify goals and take constructive steps to expand and enrich your daily life.  Coaching sessions may include brainstorming, identifying plans of action, asking clarifying questions, transforming doubt, fears, anxiety, and blocks, and supporting you to fulfill your intentions.

Although Artists, Performers and Writers can clearly benefit, Creativity Coaching is for everyone!  Creativity Coaching helps people create the life they want - joyfully and fearlessly.
